With all this freeze and thaw, sump pump discharges can freeze and burst. The best thing to do is unplug the sump pump during the overnight freeze and plug back in when the temp rises in the afternoon. Remember you can unplug your pump while leaving the charging systems for battery back up still plugged in. If you have questions on how you can message us on facebook or give us a call.
