  • Thank you for visiting and shopping at Midwest Foundation Supply.
  • Order Confirmation

  • An email is sent confirming Midwest Foundation Supply received your order.
  • An email will not be received if email is misspelled or incorrect.
  • An email will not be received if email given is fake. Sometimes a customer does not want to give out his/her email.
  • Order Processing time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • During this time for your protection, every order is checked for Fraud.
  • During this time stock levels are checked for this items availability.
  • Build Time

  • Items built by Impact Manufacturing if demand is high are occasionally built when ordered.
  • These products have a Build Time Label on their page, like the example below.
  • Shipment processing time

  • All orders are shipped after processing is complete, unless they are being built.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Shipping Delivery estimates

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur around Holidays or Natural Disaster Regions.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Tracking can also be found when you login to My Account
  • The Carrier's tracking website states my order has been delivered

  • If the tracking from the carrier shows your order has delivered but you have not seen it, please check around your delivery address, with other members of your household/jobsite, or neighbors who might have accepted the delivery for you from the carrier. If they have not received it for you, please notify the Carrier to speed up the process.
