We typically work with contractors so returns are very rare.

No return on any item that has been used in any way

No return if item is not returned with all the parts and paper work

Return must be made with in 30 Days of Shipments Delivery

50% restocking fee if not returned in manufacture packaging

20% restocking fee on all returns $2000 or less

15% restocking fee on all returns $2000 or more

No shipping will be covered to send item back to purchaser if we deny return

No shipping will be covered for the return of any item back to us

Refunds will not be issued until items are returned and inspected

Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of return

Return labels and scheduling shipping is on the returning party
